WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU ARRIVE?
FREE PARKING & CONVENIANT UNLOADING AT: CHASE FIELD GARAGE: 401 S. 4th Street, Phoenix, AZ 85034
- Dealers please take 7th St. (North if coming from I-17, South if coming from I-10), and turn West on Lincoln. At 4th St., make a right and proceed to the entrance of the Chase Field Garage, just before the train tracks.
- A parking attendant will greet you and provide parking instructions.
- Do not park on the 3rd floor of the Garage -Reserved for Diamondback staff.
- Once parked, make your way down to level 1. Walk north on 4th street (across the railroad tracks) and enter at Gate E where our staff will be there to check you in and get you credentials.

DEALER SHOW SCHEDULE
Thursday, March 12th (set-up is 1pm-9pm)
We will have a check-in table upon entrance to get your dealer badges outside section E (off of Randy Johnson Way)
- Please have confirmation ready (order number, or the vendors name its under...if you didn't book through the portal please have any confirmation readily available)
- We will have a check-in table upon entrance to get your dealer badges.
Friday, March 13th (set-up is 6am-10am)
We will have a check-in table upon entrance to get your dealer badges outside section E (off of Randy Johnson Way)
- Please have order confirmation number, or the vendors name its under...if you didn't book through the portal please have any confirmation readily available)

- AFTER 12:00PM Dealer Check-in station reduces to one table and goes until 1pm.
*Early admission for customers starts at 1 pm. General show admission starts at 2 pm.
SATURDAY, March 14th (PEAK ATTENDENCE DAY)

- Please arrive at 8:30-10:30am
- and be ready by 8:30 AM – 10:30 AM
- Show starts at 11:00!
SUNDAY, March 15th (LAST DAY)

SUNDAY, March 15th (Breakdown 5:00pm No earlier)
The show ends at 5pm on Sunday at 5:00pm h. PLEASE THROW AWAY YOUR TRASH! We will try to place more trashcans for your convenience-- please be respectful. Our table/chair rental company needs equipment ready to be loaded at 8pm so please be timely with clean up!

DEALER BADGES & ACCESS
Dealer badges will be issued at the official check-in table upon arrival during setup on Thursday or Friday. All dealers and staff must check in at designated event access points prior to entering Chase Field, in accordance with ballpark access policies
If you did not request additional dealer badges during registration, availability at check-in is not guaranteed. Any additional badges available for purchase on-site will be $30 per badge.
TABLE & DISPLAY RESTRICTIONS
To comply with Chase Field policies and fire code regulations:
DISPLAY CASE RENTALS
Display cases must be reserved prior to the show and added to your registration.

FOOD & BEVERAGE
All food, beverage, and catering operations inside Chase Field are exclusively controlled by the ballpark and its authorized concessionaire. Outside food or beverage distribution is not permitted under any circumstances
Select concession stands and bar service will be available inside the showroom during event hours.
SECURITY & VENDOR RESPONSIBILITY
Professional security will be present throughout the event and overnight, including roaming security during non-show hours. Showroom doors will be locked after hours, and security cameras will be operating 24/7, monitored live during show hours.
While comprehensive security measures are in place, vendors are solely responsible for their merchandise and personal property at all times, including items left in the showroom overnight. Neither Collectibles on College nor the venue is responsible for theft, loss, or damage to vendor property, consistent with venue policy

Security signage, “Please Ask to See Merchandise” signs, and routine staff check-ins will be provided throughout the show.
ELECTRICITY
Electricity is not included with standard dealer registration (unless you are a show sponsor).
If you require power at your table or booth, it must be ordered in advance.

WIFI
Complimentary WiFi will be available throughout the exhibition space during event hours and is included for all dealers. WiFi service is being provided and fully covered by Collectibles on College for the duration of the event.

NAVIGATING CHASE FIELD
The event will take place inside Chase Field, with signage and support staff positioned throughout the ballpark to assist.
If you need help at any time during the event:
Trade Night will take place Friday and Saturday evening on the Club Level at Chase Field.
Trade Nights are sponsored by DNA Card Shop and will provide a dedicated space for after-hours trading, networking, and collector interaction.
The Hot Corner Live Auction will also occur during Trade Night, with viewing and pre-bidding happening on the 3B line!
