SHOW RULES & POLICIES
1. Applicants for table space must be at least 18 years old. Applicants under age 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign the signature portion of this application.
2. Dealers are expected to show up timely, keep their table space neat, and throw any trash away.
3. COLLECTIBLES ON COLLEGE staff will not give any table refunds for any reasons other than the cancellation of the show by COLLECTIBLES ON COLLEGE.
4. The registered Dealer is expected to be represented throughout the full show hours. The registered Dealer may not send a replacement without prior consent. Only the registered Dealer and valid employees will be acceptable in the aforementioned booth. Any violation of this policy will void this contract, with COLLECTIBLES ON COLLEGE then permitted to re-assign the booth space without refund to the registered Dealer. The names of all persons who will assist the Dealer must be on record with COLLECTIBLES ON COLLEGE prior to the show dates. Only persons registered with COLLECTIBLES ON COLLEGE will be permitted behind a Dealer booth. Dealer badges are provided by COLLECTIBLES ON COLLEGE and are to be worn at all times inside the show facility. Badges may not be transferred for any reasons.
5. The re-sale or transfer of tables is not permitted and will not be honored by COLLECTIBLES ON COLLEGE.
6. COLLECTIBLES ON COLLEGE will permit only Dealers of record for this show to sell inside or outside the facility. Anyone found illegally selling on the property will be subject to removal from the property and/or prosecution.
7. ALL TABLES MUST BE STAFFED AND READY FOR BUSINESS BY THE DESIGNATED TIME AT WHICH THE SHOW IS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC (UNLESS GIVEN PRIOR NOTICE). Additionally, ALL TABLES MUST REMAIN OPEN FOR BUSINESS THROUGH THE PUBLIC SHOW HOURS (unless given prior notice). This policy will be strictly enforced. No packing of merchandise or “table breakdown preparation” may occur until 30 MINUTES prior to the show closing on Saturday at 3:00pm. This is mandatory.
8. Each Dealer is responsible for complying with all federal, state and local laws, including those regarding required tax licenses and payments.
9. Anyone selling, displaying, or trading in reprinted material, not clearly marked or represented as such, or dealing in or displaying forged, counterfeit, misrepresented and/or stolen merchandise will be subject to removal from the show facility, confiscation of said material, and the fullest prosecution of the law without any prior warning. The Dealer is completely responsible for the validity of his or her merchandise, and is expected to refund in full any money paid to the Dealer by any customer for material sold that is contrary to this policy.
10. COLLECTIBLES ON COLLEGE will not permit gambling devices, games of chance, slot machines, or any other activity defined primarily as gambling, at the show; no material considered offensive, lewd and/or distasteful may be displayed or sold. Any materials deemed not appropriate for sale by COLLECTIBLES ON COLLEGE must be removed immediately. Wheels and other “carnival games” are permitted as long as there are no cash prizes. If you are not sure if your game fits the criteria, please ask!
11. Dealers will not bring current or former professional athletes as booth assistants or to provide photographs/autographs at this show, unless approved by COLLECTIBLES ON COLLEGE prior to the show.
12. Any form of solicitation for shows other than COLLECTIBLES ON COLLEGE sponsored events is not permitted inside or outside of the show facility without prior written consent of COLLECTIBLES ON COLLEGE. Violators are subject to removal from the property and the confiscation of any printed material contrary to this policy.
13. COLLECTIBLES ON COLLEGE reserves the right to deny or cancel a table purchase, or to not issue a Dealer badge to any individual without providing a reason for the denial.
14. Neither COLLECTIBLES ON COLLEGE or VENUE HOST, their owners, officers or employees, agents and contractors are liable for stolen, lost, or damaged material, nor injury or loss to any person for any reason.
15. COLLECTIBLES ON COLLEGE maintains the highest ethical standards, and if any information is received by COLLECTIBLES ON COLLEGE that could affect its reputation, it shall have the right to refuse an application or cancel any contract in its sole discretion, and without providing a reason for said refusal or cancellation. COLLECTIBLES ON COLLEGE shall not be held liable for any consequential damages as a result of said refusal or cancellation.
16. COLLECTIBLES ON COLLEGE reserves the right to establish additional rules, policies, and procedures for the show as it deems proper and necessary. The dealer agrees to accept all rules, policies, and procedures established by COLLECTIBLES ON COLLEGE.
17. Dealers are responsible for all merchandise throughout duration of show set-up, show hours, and show break-down. COLLECTIBLES ON COLLEGE does not assume liability for any merchandise lost, stolen, or missing.
18. The terms specified on this form are part of a legal binding agreement between the registered Dealer named on the reverse side and COLLECTIBLES ON COLLEGE, LLC. The Dealer, through submission of this application form, agrees to abide by all show rules, policies, and procedures, and to accept the responsibility for compliance of the same by all members of his or her party throughout the duration of this contract.
